Assistant Manager, Projects

The Job

• Execution of digitalisation projects at the Lighter Terminals and allocate projects in the Division
• Lead in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes and implementation
• Collaborate with Organisation Operating Model Transformation Team on optimisation projects for the Lighterage Industry
• Manage set project timelines and milestones, and ensure projects are kept on track with completion of project deliverables
• Manage project budget and resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
• Schedule tasks and coordinate with various team members to accomplish project objectives in a timely manner
• Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders on project progress
• Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes as needed, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment
