ASSISTANT MANAGER QUALITY (JUICE & CAKE)

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Assistant Manager Quality for our FMCG division specializing in Juice and Cake products. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, food safety compliance, and implementation of quality systems across production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of FMCG food manufacturing processes.
Understanding of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and food safety standards.
Experience in juice, bakery, or cake production quality control.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Ability to manage quality documentation and compliance records.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with production and R&D teams to improve product quality and consistency.
