Key Job Purposes :
Support business growth of the Hematology business unit – execute strategies for achieving sales & marketing targets of the BU, and initiates plans and activities to exceed BU's objectives.
Management of the assigned product portfolio throughout the product life cycle - from product conceptualization to obsolescence.
Key activities include identifying opportunities, specifying products, pre-launch, launch, & post-launch activities, market adoption, working group project and general project management.

Product Management & Strategy
Plans and prepares new product launch collaterals and training material to be launched in LMS system.
Conducts analyses required for strategic decision support relating to target markets, market segmentation, SWOT analysis, competitive intelligence, positioning, and others that may be brought about by the market dynamism of the assigned business unit
