 Sime Darby Industrial Sdn Bhd  Risk Management: Implement the Group’s ERM Framework and other relevant policies and procedures in identifying and managing risks;Provide top-down support, liaise and co-ordinate with risk owners on the development, prioritisation and implementation of risk countermeasure;Review, analyse and provide feedback to all risk owners in defining the target risk exposure and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of risk treatment / controls and risk countermeasures;Monitor and analyse information/updates received on key remerging isks and prompt risk owners for further investigation or timely intervention;Guide risk owners to conduct risk assessments on new ventures and activities, where necessary.
