Assistant Manager Sales and Dealer Development

Our client, a multinational automotive company, is looking for an Assistant Manager Sales and Dealer Development Arabic Speaker to be based in Dubai. This role reports directly to the Sales Manager and covers territories across GCC, Levant and parts of Africa.

• Develop and achieve the Sales Business Plan for Parts and Accessories in the region
• Analyze sales performance and Gross Profit achievement to meet objectives
• Develop customer engagement programs with channel partners to grow business
• Enhance dealer relationships through effective communication and guidance
• Improve dealer business operations using company guidelines and operational audits
• Monitor competitor activities and propose corrective action plans
• Drive penetration of Genuine Oils, Tyres and Batteries
• Develop and deliver training programs for dealer staff
