Tech4Life Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Renewable Energy team and looking for a motivated Assistant Manager Sales – Residential to drive solar sales and build long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities
• Generate residential solar leads through multiple channels
• Negotiate with clients and close sales opportunities
• Manage the complete sales cycle from pre-sales to project closure
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure client commitments are met
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Develop new sales initiatives and target key customer segments
Requirements
• Bachelor's / Master's in Engineering (PEC Registered)
• 2–3 years of experience in Solar / Renewable Energy Sales
• Valid driving license (mandatory)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
