Assistant Manager - Senior Executive - Group Purchasing

We're looking for an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive - Group Purchasing . He or she will be responsible for supporting the Purchasing department in various functions within WCT Malls including procurement activities, supplier management and cost optimization across all malls.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handling of tender/RQ, cost estimation & quantity measurement.
• To understand the Purchase Requisition Form (RQ) and related requirements as raised by requestor.
• Organize and attend tender interview, update and follow up interview progress to ensure timely award.
• Preparation of tender documents to invite competitive tender.
• Assisting in cost estimation.
• To source and request the quotations from the right suppliers.
• To vet through the quotations, prepare the comparison/analysis for supplier selection decision making.
