Responsibilities:

• Team
  Supervision and Development:

Planning staff, ensuring timely and accurate completion of
tasks.
• Provide mentorship,
  support, and performance feedback to team members.
class=ql-indent-1>Ensure alignment of team activities with
overall service planning
objectives.
• KPI/Scheme
  Enhancement:
class=ql-indent-1>Lead the enhancement of KPIs and schemes for
various service areas, including EM/MEL/ME,
MCM/SMC/MC.
• Work closely
  with Staff A and B to develop new KPIs, refine existing ones, and
  ensure they drive desired performance
  outcomes.
• Policy and SOP
  Development:
