Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
He/she will achieve this mission by:
Assist Senior OB Manager to drive shuttle team to reach agreed Service levels so as to meet or exceed customer expectations. 

Lead team to achieve or exceed productivity/cost/SLA (service level agreement) KPI target. 

Training team staff to follow company safety policy (EHS) to create a safety environment.

Lead the fulfillment of lean logistics concept and best practice in DC.

Make sure safety first and no injuring at work place. 
Key Responsibilities: 
In project phase:
In the project phase, will be the key user to join the testing and training positively, quickly master all relative process .
