Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the accounting team 
• Support expansion plans and monitor the organisation 
• Promote innovation and ensure that there is greater efficiency 
• Responsible for accounting and P&L policies 
• Manage financial control and reporting 
• Overlook monthly financial closing process

Requirements:

• Accountant with fully recognized qualifications 
• Possess knowledge of IFRS 
• Experience in a commodity/trading environment will be an added advantage 
• Familiar with processes ranging from middle to back office 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
