Job Description

                    About the Role  Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned service points, including front counter services and administrative processes. 
Partner with the Nurse Manager and other stakeholders to resolve operational, system, and process issues. 
Collaborate with departments to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience. 
Ensure facilities are safe, functional, and patient-friendly. 
Drive customer satisfaction through service improvements and innovative initiatives. 
Achieve service volume and financial targets by developing and executing business plans with clinical leaders. 
Manage budgeting processes, conduct financial reviews with clinical heads, and support new business development. 
Lead, supervise, and appraise a team of non-nursing staff; ensure proper onboarding, training, and development.
