Assistant Manager, Site

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist the project manager in managing daily operation of construction at project site.
• Supervise and monitor site worker efficiency and ensure productivity of progress on site.
• Supervise construction projects to make sure they meet technical specifications.
• Ensure that construction projects are completed within planned cost and time.
• arrange regular meetings with the workers or sub-contractor to match targeted schedule and resolve site matters.
• Convey information about the progress of the project and performance of the contractors to the manager.
• Assist the project manager in the procurement of certain materials.
• Ensure the smooth day to day operation of work activities at the construction site while maintaining good relationship with site workers, contractors, and suppliers.
