Your Responsibilities
Revenue & Margin Ownership – Drive spares revenue and profitability through effective pricing strategies and performance management
Operational Performance Management – Define, track, and optimize KPIs across procurement, sales order processing, and spares operations
Department & Team Leadership – Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Spares Department, ensuring efficient order execution and workflow discipline
Technical & Product Expertise – Provide first-line technical support and maintain strong knowledge of products, industry standards, and best practices
Stakeholder & Supplier Management – Build strong customer and vendor relationships, negotiating with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery
