Overview

The Assistant Manager - Maintenance is responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and operational readiness of the central kitchen’s infrastructure, utilities, and equipment. This role ensures all building systems comply with safety regulations, support uninterrupted food production, and meet hygiene standards aligned with food manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems within the facility.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all food production equipment and utilities.
• Supervise third-party contractors, ensuring service quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor and manage utility usage (electricity, water, gas) to support energy efficiency objectives.
