NUHS Regional Health System Office works with internal stakeholders and community partners to develop and implement initiatives to improve population health and promote preventive health. Together, we strive to build a healthy and engaged population in the West, empowered to live well and age well in their home and in the community.
The incumbent will be responsible to support the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives to enhance the delivery of community care and improve population health in the Western Region. This is to be achieved in close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.
Role & Responsibilities
Support Strategic Planning at RHSO Community Operations Division
Tracking and reporting of workplans, BSC, budget utilisation and manpower planning.
Preparation of strategic updates to senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
