Key Responsibilties

1. Strategy

• Prepare the Divisional Strategy Blueprint and related documents and assist with the strategy planning processes.

2. Business Proposals

• Evaluate, Assess & Challenge Business Proposals submitted by markets/operating entities.
• Provide support in drafting the business proposal, valuation and financial modelling parameters.
• Assess approval threshold limits of authority for business proposals

3. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Business Development proposals

• Assist with feasibility studies and valuations.
• Review/Prepare operating entities/markets proposal papers
• Review and due diligence findings for inclusion in the investment proposals and prepare approval papers for due diligence consultant appointments
