在庫管理、3PL(3rd Party Logistics)とのコミュニケーション、KPI の進捗管理、コストの最適化など
物流オペレーションの管理
アウトバウンド(出荷)チームの貿易コンプライアンスの管理
倉庫アウトソーシングプロジェクトにおけるコリーダーの役割
業務効率向上のための取り組みへの関与
在庫から配送までを管理するチームでのリーダーシップの発揮
他部門とのコラボレーション
Inventory Management, Communications & Negotiations with 3PL(3rd Party Logisitics), Status Management of the various KPIs, and promote Cost Optimization Project Management
Logisitics Operations Management
Trading Compliance Management for varisou transactions at the Outbounds (Delivery) team 
Act as a Co-Leader for the Warehouse Outsourcing Project 
Actively get involved in improvement for the operations effiiency 
Demonstrate leadership at the team, that manages the entire operations from the inventory to the delivery 
Collaborate with other departments
