Role Purpose -
We are looking for recruiters who can go beyond “filling positions” and truly act as business partners. This role is designed for someone who embraces technology, data, and automation to free up bandwidth for quality hiring, candidate experience, and stakeholder management. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with business leaders, and co create interview rubrics with HRBPs to ensure structured and high-quality hiring decisions.

Responsibilities we entrust you with -
Own end-to-end recruitment across functions (intake → sourcing → interviews → closure).
Drive tech adoption: ATS (TurboHire), HRMS (Darwinbox), Power BI dashboards, and automation tools
