Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee O&M of utilities: Boiler, Refrigeration, Compressed Air, WTP, ETP & CO Recovery Plant
• Ensure 24x7 utility uptime and uninterrupted plant operations
• Own and drive utility KPIs related to safety, quality, cost, energy & efficiency
• Lead, train, and monitor utility operators across all areas
• Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and audit readiness
• Drive continuous improvement, energy optimization, and reliability initiatives
