Assistant Manager Technical Services

Experience and Education Required:

• Relevant experience of 3-5 years in garment industry
• Bachelors/master's degree in industrial/Garment Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Technical Advisory and business development initiatives.
• Responsible of handling routine customer complaints and accordingly provide solutions.
• Educating customers about productivity enhancement solutions through technical sessions/thread trials
• Liaison with North Sales Team for the collaborative business development opportunities
• Support North Sales Team on technical queries and problems on-ground.
• Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules, security procedures and instructions.
• Works proactively to promote teamwork at all levels of the company.
