Assistant Manager, Tender

Angle Recruitment is exclusively partnering with a reputable shipping and logistics company to appoint an Assistant Manager, Tender & Contract to join their Singapore team.
This role plays a critical part in managing the end-to-end tender and contract process, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure competitive, compliant, and commercially sound submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the full tender lifecycle, from opportunity identification to submission
Collaborate closely with Pricing, Legal, Finance, and Commercial/Account Management teams to develop comprehensive tender proposals
Consolidate inputs from internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on pricing, commercial terms, and risk considerations
Review and draft contractual terms in partnership with Legal to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain accurate documentation and version control
