The primary responsibilities and key deliverables for the role of Deputy Manager in our Test Lab - Fatigue Lab at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd encompass a comprehensive range of tasks designed to ensure the integrity and performance of our automotive components. These include: Executing Component Level testing and instrumentation with precise adherence to established protocols and methodologies.
Leveraging in-depth knowledge of Servo Hydraulic systems and controller operations, coupled with proficient use of simulation software such as IST TWR and MOOG Replication to validate designs.
Developing robust Test Fixtures tailored to vehicle boundary conditions using CAD software tools, including CATIA and PRO E, which are critical to our testing processes.
