The Assistant Manager of Theatre operations leads all technical aspects of theatre shows, focusing on automation, rigging, and safety. This role manages a skilled team, ensures system reliability, supports creative integration, and oversees maintenance, training and event set-ups. Collaborating across departments, the Assistant Manager will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in delivering world-class performances for guests.
