This role operates with a product owner mindset, balancing user needs, business objectives, and feasibility. The role is responsible for aligning stakeholder requirements, shaping design direction, and ensuring UX consistency across touchpoints. The objective is to design holistic experiences that increase loyalty engagement and drive conversion outcomes, supported by data, user behaviour insights, and AI-enabled workflows.
