Assistant Manager (Unsecured/Secured Recovery)

Job Summary:
The Unsecured/Secured Recovery Manager will be responsible for planning, supervising, and overseeing the recovery of Unsecured/Secured loans. This role involves monitoring overdue accounts, negotiating settlement, implementing effective management and execution of the loan recovery process, maximizing operational efficiency, and minimizing non-performing loans (NPLs) while optimizing recovery efforts. Key Responsibilities: Unsecured/Secured Recovery Planning & Supervision: Develop and implement strategies for the recovery of Unsecured/Secured loans. Supervise daily recovery operations and ensure efficient management of recovery processes. Oversee the management of all loan recovery efforts to achieve organizational goals.
Operational Efficiency: Work towards achieving maximum efficiency in the recovery process to meet team objectives. Ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining the recovery team's productivity.
