Assistant Manager Vendor Operations

Job Description:

• Manage and monitor vendor operational performance against defined KPIs (SR%, delivery timelines, returns, claims).
• Ensure SLA compliance and address performance gaps through corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with vendors for daily operations, route execution, and capacity planning.
• Manage end-to-end E-commerce operational claims (loss, damage, RTO, fake delivery, mis-routing).
• Conduct root-cause analysis and fix accountability for operational failures.Drive process improvements to reduce recurring claims and operational losses.
• Implement and manage the Claim Decision Matrix and ensure compliance.
• Handle vendor escalations, operational issues, and root-cause analysis. Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance standards, and system updates.
• Clubbing the monthly reports & preparing a detailed presentation/analysis on;
