Job Scope
-Lead and support daily manufacturing engineering activities across production teams.

-Develop, qualify, and maintain welding and machining processes to meet aerospace standards.

-Oversee new product introduction (NPI) and ensure production readiness.

-Monitor manufacturing performance, manage costs, risks, and process improvements.

-Support capacity planning, production optimization, and cross-functional coordination.

-Drive continuous improvement, compliance, and digital manufacturing initiatives.

Job Requirements
– Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing, Aerospace or any other relevant engineering field
– At least 10 years of hands-on experience with welding and machining; preferably under aerospace industry/ precision industry
