Job Description

                    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Strategic Ownership of E-Commerce Sales & Growth
Accountable for the overall e-commerce sales performance across pureplay (Redmart, Shopee Supermarket, Amazon, Official Stores), omnichannel (FPON), and quick commerce platforms (Grabmart, Pandamart). Primarily to drive sales conversion, category expansion, and pricing competitiveness across key e-commerce accounts 
Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability in the e-commerce ecosystem

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) for Forecast Accuracy
Lead the e-commerce demand forecasting process, ensuring precise volume projections to maintain optimal stock levels 
Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to prevent BBD risks, avoiding inventory write-offs and improving operational efficiency
