About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven candidates to join our Technical Support team. You will be responsible for handling technical support/application engineering role for Geared Motors (GM)/Industrial Gear (IG) product Applications and working within our sales departments. The role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and providing reliable solutions directly to our customers.

Role Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities

• Application engineering & technical support for GM and IG to SEW sales
• Providing techno-commercial offers for IG to SEW sales
• Co-ordination with Electronics Manager for package sales development and execution.
• Co-ordination with SEW Group Company (as per communication matrix) for specific technical points.
