Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Handle cargo claims, supervise cargo claim handling and coordinate legal defense strategies within GHQ 
Review and draft contracts and advise business units 
Engage in data analysis and loss prevention 
Analyze claims data and trends, and develop and implement strategic risk-mitigation and loss-prevention programs across business units. 
Monitor and advise on compliance matters affecting global maritime operations 
Handle related administrative tasks related to P&I insurance and maritime claims 
Handle corporate legal, insurance and compliance tasks 
Support in any ad hoc tasks as assigned 
 Requirements  Bachelor of Law (LL.B) or Juris Doctor (J.D) degree from a recognized institution, with qualification to practic 
A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience either in private practice or as an in-house legal counse
