Job Description
OBJECTIVE:
To lead the end-to-end market entry and revenue growth of Airda Group brands into new international markets. You'll own digital marketing strategy and execution, build go-to-market playbooks, and prove the model works in each market before handing mature operations back to the Brand Growth team.
You'll start solo, build the systems, and scale a small team once momentum is proven. This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability role where results matter more than activity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Own new market launch & growth: Build and execute digital marketing strategies to take Airda Group brands from RM0 → target monthly revenue in new international markets.
2. Test, optimize, scale: Run campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopify, and other relevant channels. Find what works, kill what doesn't, and document the playbook as you go.
3. Build leverage: Once initial traction is proven, hire and lead a small team (1–5 direct reports)...
