Assistant Manager/Manager - Portfolio & Asset Management

This is a newly created position and working very closely with an established senior management team that embrace an excellent work culture of performance. They are a multi-asset firm with real estate as one of their biggest portfolios. With their value-add strategies, you will be looking to be very hands-on in managing their asset enhancement initiatives. Their portfolio will comprise of logistics, living and healthcare. 

You will be responsible for a wide scope of work including portfolio management, asset management, lease, project and development management.

This will include formulating and executing overall fund strategy, including overseeing asset allocation and asset management plans. You will oversee, prepare and manage annual asset plan / budgets and financial reports, with the assistance of the asset management and finance teams.
