Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and project teams.
- Promote scaffolding rental services and achieve company sales targets.
- Propose suitable rental solutions and quotations based on project requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to follow up on customer needs and project progress.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Follow up on payments and assist in debt collection.
- Prepare and submit sales plans and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification: Diploma/Degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in construction or scaffolding-related industry.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
