Assistant Manager/Section Manager, Quality

Main aim of job (CABLE HARNESS)

• PIC to Quality function in Cable & textile workshops for MLA, APQP, PPAP and regular quality control & customer handling. He/she shall be managing on-time implementation of new projects and ensure on time dispositions and support to production team.
• Train, develop and mentor quality team, production team to enhance technical expertise needed in our products to ensure zero defect culture.
• Lead advanced quality planning for all new product development. Accountable for meeting sufficient maturity level of new product before mass production. Pursues the goal of ensuring high product quality through stable and robust manufacturing processes.
• Develop quality culture through continuous trainings and awareness programs.

• PIC to Quality function in Carburetor workshops responsible for process quality & new product quality, APQP, PPAP & customer handling.
