Assistant Manager/Section Manager

Main aim of job

• PIC to Quality function in Carburetor workshops responsible for process quality & new product quality, APQP, PPAP & customer handling.

• He/she shall be managing day to day quality support to all workshops to ensure smooth productions and on-time delivery maintaining quality of the product.

• Lead advanced quality planning for all new product development. Accountable for meeting sufficient maturity level of new product before mass production. Pursues the goal of ensuring high product quality through stable and robust manufacturing processes.

• Train, develop and mentor quality team, production team to enhance technical expertise needed in our products to ensure zero defect culture

• Daily tracking or internal & extranal quality complaints for root cause analysis and corrective actions through 8D approach.
