Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Marketing & Sales (Property Development)

Conduct thorough market research and surveys to stay informed about property market developments, identifying trends and insights for new product and service development.

Conduct market research & property purchasers’ behavior to keep abreast with trends, demands and comparable market sales price.

Develop and execute marketing strategies, branding, and graphic design initiatives that meet brand objectives, enhance market presence, and improve image.

Liaise with relevant agencies and carry out Advertising and Promotional (A&P) activities and materials.

Develop and implement social media and digital campaigns across various platforms to promote brand awareness and engagement.

Monitor and prepare for application/renewal of DL, AP and respective authorities.

Liaise effectively with end-financing, panel of solicitors and enforcement departments.
