• Ensure the effectiveness of training delivery and outcomes
• Manage instructors and training schedules
• Develop and manage company manuals (Ground Operations Manual, Training Manual,
• Dangerous Goods Manual, etc.)
• Liaise and communicate with authorities (e.g., CAAM, MAHB) for any Training-related.
• Compliance issues
• Lead the XCT team during CAAM audits focusing on training compliance
