To lead a team of workforce in the assembly of products to meet quality, cost , delivery and responsiveness requirements
Responsible for quality of outgoing product to meet customer's requirements and be an active member of Materials Review Board Process
Lead the team to meet and improve on the First Time Quality
Participate and contribute in resolving process-related quality issues
Lead the team in meeting both daily schedules/ customers delivery schedules
Lead the team in meeting total product cycle time goals
Lead the team to meet yield and scrap targets
