Job Description

  Responsibilities 

 Support the Merchandising team in product development, order processing, invoicing and shipments follow up

 Provide administrative and logistics support

 Samples arrangement and data entry

 Inspection result follow up

 Prepare shipping plans

 Handle ad hoc duty as assigned by management

 Occasional travel to China may be needed

  Requirement 

 DSE / Form 5 or above

 Experience in leather handbags will be an advantage but not essential

 Experience in shipping will be an advantage

 Detail-minded, flexible and hardworking

 Proven proficiency of written & spoken English and Mandarin

 Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word & Excel
