IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR - Director of Athletics & Activities



RECEIVES GUIDANCE FROM - Assistant Director of Athletics & Activities, Athletics & Activities Coordinator, Head Coach



PURPOSE OF THE POSITION - To instruct participants in the fundamental skill, strategy, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. At the same time, the student-athlete shall receive instruction that will lead to the formulation and internalization of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, self-confidence, and sportsmanship. Implements quality principles and tools to improve effectiveness of program.
