Assistant Mould Designer

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Tool & Die Design or Mechanical Engineering equivalent.
• Working experience in precision mold designing will be advantage.
• Good knowledge in mold design software, i.e., NX Uni-Graphics (UG), Inverter, AutoCAD, etc.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible to design & create 3D CAD model, 2D component & assembly drawings.
• Able to communicate with customers to transform ideas to new project design input.
• Preparation of DFM proposal, including Mould Flow Analysis for new project to rectify mold design in optimal condition.
• Ensure all design work is performed accurately, efficiently within the given time schedule.
• Able to meet new mold timeline, including cycle time and runner weight.
• Follow up progress for new mold in the fabrication process to ensure the mold fabricated as per mold drawings.
