Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Nairobi. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the salon, managing scheduling and appointments, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring a positive client experience. Additional duties may include assisting stylists, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality client service
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to assisting in operations
Experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling and managing appointments
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
An interest in the beauty and salon industry is advantageous
Prior experience in a salon or customer service role is a plus
