Assistant Night Manager - Park Plaza Victoria As the Assistant Night Manager, you are responsible for the overall operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. You will oversee all aspects of guest service, manage a team of night receptionists and auditors, and ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff.Key Responsibilities:Team Management: 

Manage staff schedules for night shifts.

Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members on hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
