Responsibilities

* Works with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient care.

* Monitors patients' progress based on the care plan and checks if they are ready for discharge.

* Supports the nursing team in resolving clinical or operational issues, and escalates to the superior when needed.

* Checks infection control practices, ensures compliance, and identifies areas for improvement.

* Reviews the performance of new nurses and nursing students and provides feedback to the relevant personnel.
