Assistant Nurse Clinician/ Nursing Manager

Duties:

1. Provide direct nursing care to residents (chronic, dementia, stroke, bedridden cases)
2. Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans
3. Administer medications (oral, SC, IM, IV if certified)
4. Manage wound care (pressure injuries, diabetic wounds)
5. Monitor vital signs and changes in residents' conditions
6. Supervise Staff Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Healthcare Assistants
7. Guide junior nurses on complex cases
8. Conduct bedside teaching and coaching
9. Ensure proper documentation and nursing standards
10. Allocate duties and manage daily manpower
11. Participate in case conferences

Working hours: Mon - Fri 7am-415pm, 1230pm - 930pm

Requirements:

• Valid SNB and BCLS
