The Role

As an Assistant Nurse Clinician, you will be responsible for the following duties: • Assist in reviewing and identify ways to improve policies and procedures • Work closely with other department in providing the best care • Participate in work improvement projects • Ensure compliance to clinical guidelines and SOPs • Perform clinical audits • Develop nursing education programs for constant improvements • Preceptorship for junior nurses
