Assistant Operations Director

M&E Maintenance & Integrated Facilities Management

Relevant Exp: Minimum 5 years in the same industry

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Alignment

• Provide overall leadership and direction for M&E Maintenance and IFM operations
• Translate company strategy into operational plans, KPIs, and performance targets
• Drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service quality
• Support Managing Director / CEO in business planning, growth strategy, and governance

2. Operational Management & Service Delivery

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of:
• M&E Maintenance
• Hard FM and Soft FM services under IFM contracts
• Oversees all the site managers, coordinators and supervisor
• Take responsibility for overall site operation
• Attend client meetings if necessary
• Conduct regular in-house monthly meeting with senior management staff
