Assistant Operations Executives play a crucial role in providing excellent service levels and deploying marine resources within Singapore waters

• Take leadership in the planning and deployment of pilotage, harbour towage and waterboat resource to support 24/7 operations of the busiest port in the world;
• Uphold the efficiency of company's services which is part of Singapore maritime ecosystem;
• Directly communicate with vessels to coordinate arrival and service timings; and
• Attend to all customer queries and request new orders, amendments and cancellations.
