• Take leadership in the planning and deployment of pilotage, harbour towage and waterboat resources to support 24/7 operations of the busiest port in the world
• Uphold the efficiency of the company's services which is part of Singapore's maritime ecosystem
• Directly communicate with vessels to coordinate arrival and service timings; and
• Attend to all customer queries and requests for new orders, amendments and cancellations.

The successful candidate* shall preferably:-

• Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent;
