Assistant Operations Executive | Shift Work - UP3500

Day Shift: 7am - 7pm / Night Shift: 7pm - 7am (Need to commit to both shift)  3 Days Work, 2 Days Off

Salary: $2800 to $3500 + AWS + VB + Shift Allowance + Incentive

First 3 to 6 Months (Training) + Probation = 1 Year Traineeship

Office Location: Near to Vivo City, Pasir Panjang or Tuas (Comfortable with all locations)

Transport provided at various MRTs

Responsibilities:
Focus Areas

• Master fundamentals of vessel operations and resource planning.
• Supervise quayside activities.
• Coordinate and manage container yard activities using the latest Terminal Operations System.

Skill Development

• Leadership and communication.
• Team management of equipment specialists.
• Ensure execution of plans to meet critical service levels in a dynamic environment.
